We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking and the balance 6 weeks before arrival. Currently we don't ask for a security deposit.

Dimpsy Cottage is 1 Bed cottage with its own private Hot Tub ( One well behaved dog welcome) 

Dimpsy Cottage is the old grain and hay store attached to the 450 year old Devon Cobb (Mud) Longhouse 

We have lovingly renovated Dimpsy Cottage to future proof it, with our ground source heat pump delivering energy efficient underfloor heating and hot water,  it is rated "A" on the EPC 

The cottage has a cozy luxurious feel.  The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for your home away from home getaway.  Upstairs the  bedroom and ensuite bathroom have  been created to give a boutique hotel feel , with a 2 person freestanding bath and seperate shower (rain and handheld) and double sinks.  Outside you have a luxury private Hot tub Area , sheltered behind a gently curved wall of reclaimed sleepers with two Adirondack reclining chairs and a Charcoal BBQ. There is an Upper Garden with Patio to watch the sunsets ( the garden has views to the South and West) with full sun in the afternoon.

We should point out that the lounge/dining area does have a ceiling height of 6ft 1' so not suitable for our taller guests ! as we follow Hot Tub regulations the water is changed between guests and the tubs are cleaned and tested every day ( we will need to enter the hot tub area - but will try to do this when you are out exploring ) 

Wifi is available throughout the Cottage although due to the thick walls mobile phone signals can be patchy

Ground Floor

Fully equipped Kitchen and lounge and downstairs toilet next to the back door

The lounge has a modern log burner  2 comfy sofas  a small dining table seating 4 , smart TV and patio doors onto the garden patio with Bistro set for morning coffees and sundowner cocktails !

The garden faces West and in the summer gets the sun in the afternoon and evenings with views of our fields behind. It has a patio with seating , the garden is fenced with a Dog shower.

The kitchen although small has an induction hob, electric oven, fridge freezer , microwave, kettle, toaster, washer dryer and slimline dishwasher and hopefully everything you need for self catering. 

First Floor

The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, Hanging space plus a chest of drawers and Hair Dryer.

The Bathroom has a large luxury bath and separate shower with Rain and Handshower
